1994年にLaurent Garnierらによって設立されたレーベル、F Communicationsは2008年以来リリースが途絶えていたが、このたびLaurent Garnierによる限定ボックス作品のリリースにて復活をするようだ。 このボックスには、4枚のカラーヴァイナルとCD1枚とナンバリング入りのポスター1枚が封入されている。ヴァイナル3枚には主に最近の彼の作品（Hypercolourからの「BA371」、50 Weaponsからの「AF 4302 EP」、Still Musicからの「AF 0490」など）と、その未発表リミックスが収録され、残る1枚は新作EPとなっている。また、CDはこれら4枚のヴァイナルからの曲も含むセレクションとなっているかっこうだ。未発表曲の合計は13曲で、個人的には「D.S.K. (Banbounou ft. French Fries Remix)」が楽しみだ。それなりに高額なアイテムだが、魅力的ではある。
F Communication is a label founded by Laurent Garnier and his mate in 1994, but has stopped releasing records since 2008. This label is about to start again with Laurent Garnier’s limited edition box set records. The box contains four colored vinyls accompanied with one CD and a manually numbered poster. In three of the vinyls, included are his recent tracks (e.g. from “BA317” [Hypercolour], “AF 4302 EP” [50 Weapons], and “AF 090” [Still Music]) and unheard remixes of them, and the fourth vinyl would be his new EP. The CD seems to include selections of tracks from the vinyls. The total number of unheard tracks are thirteen, and I personally look forward to listening to “D.S.K. (Banbounou ft. French Fries Remix)”. It is something of a good price, but is charming still.
